Having raced on an elite level for 15 years, T4 Endurance Head Coach, Nathan Kark is no stranger to training and all things swim, bike, and run. Within his 15 years as a multisport athlete, Nathan has conducted seminars for age group and collegiate athletes throughout the USA Triathlon (USAT) Mid-west and Mid-east regions. A recent law school graduate, Nathan has also maintained his level of fitness and competitive edge throughout the scheduling demands of law school and as a busy legal professional. He is a seasoned expert in helping each of his athletes train effectively while balancing a busy lifestyle.

T4 Endurance offers nothing but custom-tailored and innovative coaching solutions that are specially designed to meet the needs of its clients. Through his coaching plans, Nathan provides detailed guidelines, while also helping his clients understand why each workout will make personal goals attainable.
