My Tri Coach, provide coaching to triathletes of all abilities for all race distances. We specialise in first timers, be that new to triathlon (our couch to tri program) or moving up from shorter races to longer ones (Half to Full for example).
Our principle Stewart Newberry, is a qualified British Triathlon Level 2 coach and has completed races at just about every distance from sprint to full course over the 20 some years in triathlon, as well as multiple marathon distance run races.
Stewart has coached with his local triathlon club for many years and has help numerous novice and experienced triathletes toe the start line well prepared to complete their races within their planned and predicted finish times.
In addition to his BT coaching qualifications Stewart is also a British Cycling Level 2 coach and uses Swim Smooth coaching methods as the basis of his swim work.
