I offer training plans and guidance for athletes seeking growth and to evolve and develop their performance according to their aspirations in running, cycling, swimming, triathlons. I offer training plans online and one-on-one local training as a Personal Trainer and mental coaching.

Vetle Myhre has a Bachelor degree in sport science at UIA, And an ongoing Masters degree. Some highlighted subjects are: PT 1,2 and 3 level, Performance Development at level 1 and 2. Psychology in health sports and human performance at 1,2 and 3 level and advances in skill learning from UOW, New Zealand. Vetle is now at his final year at Masters in sport science at UIA, Norway. Here level 4 performance development is completed and i am now researching self-talk as his masters thesis. I am a firm beliver in evidence based practice (EBP) prescribing training should not be done by only on chance and past experience but backed up by science.

My practical experience comes from training and competing in triathlon at an advanced level for the past dekade. My strength is on the bike but am fairly versatile. I enjoy Althing's outdoors whether its one of the disciplines in triathlon or its hiking in the mountains or cross country skiing.

The highlights up to now have been competing at the 70,3 world championship Mount Tremblant 2015, Ironman New Zealand 2018 and being support for my brother in one of the worlds hardest triathlons Norseman where a defining moment for me.

I love helping others grow and develop and i thrive when seeing others experience competence and joy in sports while sharing the same joy and happiness exercising have given me.
