I have been participating in triathlon/multisport for over ten years and coaching individuals and groups for over 5 years. I've coached first time athletes to ranked USAT athletes. My philosophy is client centered, and I strongly believe in individualization in training. I'm a multi-time USA Triathlon National Age Group Qualifier, represented Team USA in the ITU Age Group World Championship, won the USA Triathlon Texas Sprint Championship, and was ranked #1 in USAT South Midwest Region.
My philosophy is client centered, and I strongly believe in individualization in training. I coach swimming, cycling, running, and triathlon. I'm an International Triathlon Coaching Association (ITCA) graduate, and I am an Ironman Certified Triathlon Coach. I use Training Peaks to help collect and distribute information to my clients. Training Peaks allows me to have daily contact with clients and incorporate periodization in my training plans. I believe in optimization of training time, and I am capable of coaching beginner athletes,intermediate, advanced, and professionals. I coach all distances and am very experienced in multisport. My ability to adapt a structured training plan to any lifestyle allows for optimal training with time crunched athletes. I love multisport, and I hope to share my knowledge with you!
