Hey, Tom here! I provide Running and Strength training programs from beginner to experienced runners. An Online service and available 7 days a week for Athletes Worldwide.
I'm a certified Personal Trainer, Recreational Running Coach and Skydive Instructor based in Australia.
A former British Army soldier, I've completed 27 Marathon and Ultramarathon running events along with numerous shorter distance races. I've also completed 2x Ironman 70.3 Triathlon events.
What I've learned along the way and what I now do, is pass on my knowledge and experiences to others so they can complete their goals smartly and effectively.
I have only ever Coached myself during my Running endeavours and this has included several podium finishes, Boston Qualifying Marathon times and going under the elusive 3hrs. I've ran Ultramarathons up to 100km in distance and learned about how to get my mind as well as my body ready for the challenge.
When Coaching, I offer more than just a few words written down. I engage with my Athletes and find out what journey they are on. Making sure the program is personalised to their lifestyle and providing regular check-in's to progress more efficiently.
