Workout plans are thorough to incorporate progressive training, strength, skills, intensity, and recovery. Together we will work together to challenge you and get your stronger and faster, but also ensure you are recovering and resetting in order to maximize your training.

Love riding, love challenging myself, and love being outside!!

My background as a cycling coach comes from a passion for riding, love of learning about the body, and the wonder of the outdoors. I started riding bikes as a young girl exploring and using the bike to get me around - I never sat still. Over the years I did numerous biking events that challenged my body and my spirit including a multi day adventure race and the 400 mile Stagecoach. I am currently racing for the TASCO-MTB race team as a Cat 1 Cross Country rider but also love riding Enduro.

Professionally, I studied Sports Medicine from Pepperdine Univeristy and then went on to get my master's in Education which is great to help me teach others about training and their bodies. My experience has ranged from being the Athletic Trainer for the Pepperdine Basketball & Tennis Team, to working in a commercial gym, to assisting physical therapist. In addition to being a USAC coach, I manage a corporate fitness center. In the 25+ years in the sports field, I have studied and practice yoga, certified through ACSM, CrossFit Level I, TRX, RIP trainer, and most recently an EXOS Performance Coach. I have a respect for strength training and the impact it can have on your training and performance.
