Mountain Bike Coaching Australia is focussed on developing long term relationships with our ahtletes to deliver programs that build on the 3 P's of Performance: Position, Pattern and Power.
Having worked with mountain bike athletes for years with technical skills coaching (Pattern), we found the need to expand our service into the MTB specific strength and conditioning to help riders get into the right shapes (Position) and move (Power) on the bike.
After many years as a competitive cyclist in multiple disciplines (BMX, Road, MTB and Bikepacking/Ultraendurance cycling) I have an understanding of what it takes to compete and build longevity into a cycling career.
With formal qualifications in Sports Science, Strenghth & Conditioning and MTB Skills I work with athletes to help them reach their riding goals, and more importantly, build longevity into their riding careers. At the end of the day, we all want to have fun on bikes as long as we can!
