Mountain Bike Coaching Australia is focussed on developing long term relationships with our ahtletes to deliver programs that build on the 3 P's of Performance: Position, Pattern and Power.
Having worked with mountain bike athletes for years with technical skills coaching (Pattern), we found the need to expand our service into the MTB specific strength and conditioning to enable riders to be in the right shape on the bike (Position) and move on the bike (Power) over extended periods of time.
After many years as a competitive cyclist in multiple disciplines (BMX, Road, MTB and Bikepacking) I have an understanding of what it takes to both compete in the sport of cycling and build longevity into a cycling career.
With formal qualifications in Sports Science, Strenghth & Conditioning and MTB Skills we work with athletes to reach their riding goals, and most importantly, build longevity into their riding careers, because we all want to have fun on bikes as long as we can!
