I am an ex-professional European road cyclist who went back to my mountain biking roots. I am currently one of South Africa's top mountainbikers, with 19 victories for the 2018 season. I have studied the training techniques and methods from many of the world's top cycling coaches, sports physicians, exercise science journals and the UCI.
