Hey! I'm Bri :).

I am based in Carson Valley - which is due East of Lake Tahoe. But Coach athlete's for trail/mountain objectives & races all over.

I specialize in working with athlete's who run trail/mountain sub-ultra to ultra distances.
In addition to athletes interested in pursuing self supported routes, FKTs and summit objectives.

Coaching Philosophy:

My UESCA education for Ultrarunning was created by Jason Koop. His coaching methods and the science based coaching approach he takes heavily influences my training approach. Though I also pull a lot of concepts from Matt Fitzgerald and his 80/20 principles.

I believe that an athlete's training load should always be balanced in conjunction with their full life picture. High volume is not the only way to succeed in the sport of ultra -running. Strategic planning & intentionally made blocks that prioritize enough stress and most importantly recovery (all life factors considered) is key.

I love helping my athletes tweak & improve their hydration & fueling strategies - as these are huge contributing factors to training & racing success.
