At HP3 our coaching is much more than simply writing a training plan. You don't hire a singular coach you hire a TEAM. We provide a comprehensive service with your training plan, which also includes support from our sports psychologist, nutritionist and strength and conditioning coach. As the team HP3 strength and conditioning coach my speciality lies with helping endurance athletes, of all abilities, incorporate strength sessions into busy training schedules.

With over 5 years applied experience, I also hold an MSc in Strength and Conditioning from Loughborough University and a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science. In addition to my role at HP3 Performance I am the Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach at Burnley College where I work within a multi-sport environment, with athletes of varying abilities and training ages. My multi-sport experience has allowed me to develop a comprehensive understanding of the physiological demands that underpin high performance within endurance sport. I use this expertise to design evidence-based, performance-driven training programmes that enable athletes to meet the specific demands of their discipline and reduce the risk of injury. Growing up in Australia my passion for sport started from a young age, having played just about every sport. As an athlete the pinnacle of my career was playing Touch Rugby at an international level.
My focus has now shifted to endurance sport, where I enjoy training for half and marathon distance events. Having previously been an elite athlete myself, I understand the added barriers that can prevent strength and conditioning from being a priority for athletes. This is why I place a great importance on taking an athlete-centred approach to help athletes come up with solutions to incorporate strength training into busy training schedules.
