I'm a seasoned strength coach with experience at the highest levels of collegiate and private sector training. I've had the privilege of working with elite athletes at Ohio State and NC State, where I developed strength and conditioning programs to maximize performance and prevent injury. My experience extended to the private sector where I've trained athletes from various sports, focusing on strength, power, and speed development. Now as a Director of Sports Performance I lead comprehensive training programs designed to elevate athletic performance across all levels.

In addition to my strength and conditioning background, I'm passionate about my own fitness specifically in strength training and in running and have applied that knowledge to help athletes improve their speed, endurance, and overall fitness. I take a holistic approach, combining physical preparation with mental training to build confidence, focus, and resilience under pressure. My programs are designed to not only build strength and power but also to help athletes sharpen their mindset, overcome challenges, and perform at their best when it matters most.
