With a career as a biology and psychology teacher and high school coach, I have developed a deep understanding of the mind and the biomechanics of training and competition. Holding four university degrees in Psychology and Education, with a focus on behavioral management, I understand how thought processes can enhance athletic performance. My experience in student development has given me insight into the uniqueness of each individual. These life skills, combined with effective communication, enable me to help you achieve your goals.

As for my athletic journey, I started as a journeyman, exploring various sports and experiencing both successes and failures. In 2009, I took on the challenge of an Ironman, despite never having participated in a triathlon before. I trained on a mountain bike, bought a road bike just weeks before the race, and completed my first Ironman fueled by a bag of lollies. Since then, I have completed six Ironman races and successfully finished two Ultraman Australia events in consecutive years, improving my finish time by 3.5 hours after learning from previous experiences. I then transitioned to trail running, completing 50km and 100km races. Throughout my journey, I have amassed a wealth of knowledge that I am eager to share with you, making your journey as memorable and fulfilling as mine.
