As your coach I monitor each workout you complete and the two way feedback model enables your training plan to be flexible in order for your progress to be maximised.
Workouts can be sent directly to your smartwatch and can be uploaded to a variety of training apps reducing the thinking and planning time for you and ensuring high quality training is consistently completed.
