I became a triathlete in 1991, at the age of 14, racing with a Speedo suit and a low budget bike. Since then, I've experienced all the stages and transformations of triathlon. I've raced from short distance triathlons to Ironman and Xterra.
I believe that there is an invisible part of coaching and training that can be tackled to make athletes feel better and pursue their dreams. I am talking about focus and positive emotions, not just physical power.
