I provide online coaching and dietetics services to any athlete, but am most experienced in cycling, triathlon, running, and strength training. My point of difference is that each workout is custom-made for the athlete it's intended for - no generic, one-size-fits-all plans. Your training needs to fit in around your lifestyle, family and goals. I also focus holistically on each individual as a person, not just an athlete, and consider their needs for their future and their life outside of sport.
I'm a former professional Ironman 70.3 athlete and National Road Series (Australia) cyclist. Currently I'm competing in trail ultramarathon and marathons. I'm a university-qualified dietitian with a diploma in psychology and a Certificate IV in fitness & personal training, which is why I call myself a holistic health coach. I offer integrated training and nutrition advice and fully individualised training programs. No two weeks are the same and no two athletes are the same.
