Multi-sport training has enabled me to regain control over my own health and well being. I know firsthand the amount of effort it takes to stay motivated and focused in order to reach your goals. By establishing a training plan and monitoring my personal fitness, I was able to lose over 150 pounds and become a fierce competitor along the way. Training, nutrition, and fitness are some of the most important factors in my life today. My personal experience and obsession with endurance training and data will allow me to effectively help you reach your racing and overall fitness potential.
Over the last 5 years, I have competed in several sprint, olympic, and 70.3 races and the 2015 Sea 2 Summit placing 4th overall and 1st in my AG. During that time I have also earned multiple short course victories and podium finishes, as well as many age group wins. As a coach I specialize in these distances. Whether you are just starting out or a more experienced triathlete, I will teach you what it takes to be fast and efficient in the high-paced atmosphere of short course racing.
