I am a UESCA Certified Ultrarunning Coach. I provide bespoke coaching and structured plans based on the unique needs of every athlete - based on their starting point, background, preferences, and goals.

I love helping individuals redefine their own limits, and to learn to love the process. Successful outcome goals are built on achieving process goals along the way. Therefore it is important to explain the "Why", engage with feedback, and keep communication high, so that the process delivers the desired outcome goals.

Based on Bradford on Avon, Wiltshire, coaching is delivered remotely online via the TrainingPeaks platform, Google Meets, and WhatsApp.

While I love working with runners of all abilities and distances, my personal focus on trail ultra marathons lead me to create the Data to Dirt system. This combines an individual's performance data from TrainingPeaks, with course data extracted from a GPX file, to create a bespoke race strategy. Pacing, timing splits, hydration, and fueling - unique to the individual on their chosen course.

I am currently training for the 2027 Arc of Attrition 50 mile. My past races include Ultra Trail Snowdonia, The Classic Quarter, Trail du Saint-Jacques, and Winner of the Winter Fan Dance (pictured).
