My endurance journey started way back in 2011, I started racing triathlon for fun, it then progressed into my passion and I began to race more competitively. I have now completed more than 40 ironman 70.3s and 8 full ironman distance races, with several AG wins and racing both 70.3 world championships and the ironman world championships.

I have also completed 3 everestings and multiple ultramarathon races both in 50k and 100k distances.

What I love most is to help people achieve their goals, I have raced for a long time and studied a lot and want to share my knowledge with athletes that want to reach their goals.

My training approach is highly individual and I believe the only way a coach-athlete relationship works is through effective communication. My plans are one-on-one and it's the only thing I offer. I use a somewhat polarized method as research has shown to provide some of the best benefits when compared to other approaches such as high volume, threshold or HIIT type plans. Proper periodisation methods are also used depending on the athletes goals and objectives.

Training plans will be set using the ATP on training peaks and workouts will be analysed through WKO5, giving me a deeper look into the athletes training and how he is reacting to the loads and intensity distribution.

Nutrition is also a key component for endurance performance and I also offer nutrition advice such as macronutrient distribution for endurance athletes, during racing and recovery.
