I am a certified Level 1 USAT Coach as well as an IM Certified coach. I have always had a strong passion to the development of my sport of Triathlon and have been involved in coaching many athletes from first timers to elites. My coaching philosophy is that triathlon is not just about swim, bike, and run. It’s the small details and concentration on skill development that can make a difference.I have learned from specialty coaches over the years as well as my years of racing at the highest level.
I have been fortunate to have a professional triathlete career that has covered 30 years as well as more than 20 years of Coaching experience.
