I am a professional triathlete with a collegiate running background and 15+ years of coaching and strength and conditioning experience. My company sTRIve Performance LLC helps all levels of athletes, beginners through pros, achieve their goals in the world of triathlon (short course and long course), road running (5k-marathon, trail running and ultrarunning. My programming options include endurance-only coaching and endurance + strength coaching.

Over the last 15 years I have been coaching everyday fitness for working professionals, strength and conditioning, triathlon prep and long distance running prep. I completed my Bachelor's in Kinesiology and Master's in Exercise Physiology. I hold certifications through USAT Level 1, USATF Level 1, NASM-CPT, NSCS-CSCS, and Precision Nutrition Level 1.

I coached collegiate track and field and cross country for 2 years, earning the NJCAA Assistant Coach of the Year in 2021 for both the Men's and Women's programs as the head distance coach of the national championship winning program.

I am currently a professional triathlete with experience competing at draft-legal short course and non-draft middle distance racing.

I am a firm believer that communication between a coach and athlete is the single most important factor that will determine the success of a program. I communicate frequently with athletes to be able to adapt the training based on their feedback, life events, stress levels, and availability. My programs are completely individualized. Each athlete I work with goes through a thorough form and gait analysis to identify areas of imbalance to allow us to target improved efficiency and muscle recruitment through the program. My athletes goals become my goals and I want nothing more than to get my athletes to the start line feeling strong, healthy, prepared, and injury free!
