With 25 years of experience in Strength & Conditioning, my coaching experience has developed into a "long-term athletic development" approach. I utilize my education in Exercise Physiology and backgrounds in nutrition, sport psychology, functional strength training, and speed & agility to address all the components of Sports Performance and how to better accommodate for long-lasting, balanced outcomes.
My Coaching Philosophy relies on integrating these components of Sports Performance to better develop the athlete as a whole, addressing limiters and obstacles, while reducing the un-necessary likelihood of overuse injury. All athletes require the same combination of performance attributes, but in their individual capacity.
