Jenny is a Certified Coach for 8 years with USA Triathlon and 15 years as a professional fitness trainer currently certified with American Council on Exercise. She specializes with older adults and women who are going through peri and post menopause symptoms. She's studied under Dr. Stacy Sims in understanding how to train during this phase in life. She also holds other certifications in Strength Training and Conditioning, Senior Adults and Fitness Nutrition. Jenny has held many group training for beginners in Couch to Tri and Time to Tri groups. Some of these ladies have gone all the way to IRONMAN Finishers. She believes strength training is the golden key to wellness and trains individuals as old as 94 years of age. She even has one client at the age of 90 who achieved a multiple day hiking trip in the Sangre de Cristos mountain range in New Mexico. She has virtual clients from all over the country and does face to face training as well.
Jenny, a seasoned 20 year triathlete, is an IRONMAN Finisher, multiple IRONMAN 70.3 finisher, ranking in the top of her age group, once qualified for 70.3 World Championship slot in 2016 and qualified multiple years at the National Age Group with USA Triathlon. Her favorite discipline is running and strength training. She is married and has 3 adult children. She has a love for cats, reading and cooking and spends a lot of her off time dating and traveling with her husband.
