I am a physician and amateur athlete, passionate about the physiological and metabolic aspects that influence sports performance.
With over 11 years of experience in triathlon, running and cycling, I combine science and practice to help athletes train in a structured, evidence-based way that fits real life.
I am a physician with a strong interest in the physiological and metabolic aspects that influence sports performance, passionate about numbers and data. In recent years, I have complemented this interest with training in running coaching, bringing together science and the practical side of sport.
I am an amateur athlete and have been practicing triathlon for over 11 years, with experience in short-, middle- and long-distance events. In running, I have participated in multiple races, from 10 km to the marathon. In cycling, I have taken part in several granfondos, always driven by the same motivation: exploring the limits of the body and the satisfaction of each goal achieved.
Due to my profession, managing training, rest and recovery has become a constant priority — and also an opportunity to learn how to balance demand and well-being.
I believe training should be structured and evidence-based, but above all adapted to the real day-to-day life of each athlete.
