I leverage in-depth research and 15+ years of experience in endurance sports to help my clients improve beyond their expectations!
I ran cross country and track during high school and college. While in college, I truly became a student of endurance sports, reading every book I could find on training philosophy and biomechanics.
My personal training philosophy has evolved over time and will continually evolve as I learn and grow as a coach. The core of my philosophy revolves around developing a complete athlete - an athlete who understands what they are doing in training, why they are doing it, and how it will affect their progress towards their goals. I believe that effective communication and a strong coach-athlete relationship is vital for success.
