Endurance coach with 15+ years of triathlon experience and a demanding legal career, I specialize in helping busy professionals balance life, work, and performance. My athletes have qualified for the 70.3 World Championships, Boston Marathon, and achieved lasting health. I offer practical, high-touch coaching to bring out the best version of you—on and off the course.
As both a seasoned endurance athlete and a full-time legal professional, I understand first-hand the challenges of balancing a demanding career, family life, and high-performance goals. Over the past 15 years, I’ve competed at every distance from sprint to full Ironman, qualifying for world championship events while managing a legal career at a top-tier law firm.
This dual path has shaped my coaching philosophy: realistic, personalized, and deeply empathetic. I work closely with athletes from all backgrounds—many of whom are busy professionals—helping them navigate time constraints and lifestyle demands while still reaching ambitious goals. Whether it's qualifying for the Ironman World Championship, 70.3 World Championship, running a Boston Marathon qualifying time, or simply feeling strong and energized through consistent training, I build structured, flexible plans that integrate into your life—not the other way around.
I believe the best version of yourself is not just measured in race results, but in how training supports your confidence, discipline, and well-being. With a strong foundation in communication and trust, I aim to be more than a coach—I’m your guide, mentor, and partner in the process.
