My main role as a coach is to guide all runners, from beginners to advanced to give their best performance in running.
Mayara Silva is a PhD candidate in sports science and holds a master's degree in sports training from the Faculty of Sport of the University of Porto. She has over 15 years in the running industry as an athletics coach, manager, physiologist and biomechanist. She's passionate about sport, science and innovation.
