Personal running and triathlon coaching for achieving your goals at all levels of Triathlon and all types of running. Michelle and Chris are specialists in Ultra running and Ironman. With 3 children and a zest for life and all things endurance, they live and breathe their sports.
All aspects of triathlon and running coaching: running technique/gait analysis, swim analysis, open water swimming, bike analysis, GB Age Group, 1 to 1 coaching, strength and conditioning and nutrition.
Michelle has 10 years experience in coaching. She is a UK Athletics Coach in the South West Endurance mentoring network, with additional qualifications in Physical Preparation (Strength & Conditioning) and is a England Athletics, International Ultra Running Coach. She is an experienced competitive endurance runner over cross-country, track and road events with several championship and elite starts over the marathon and half marathon distance, with PBs of marathon 2:59, half-marathon 1:20 and 10k 37:10. She has recently discovered ultra running, and landed podium positions in 50k up to 100 mile distances. Michelle has trained and competed in Sprint and Olympic distance triathlon events and swam competitively in her teens for Devon.
Chris has been coaching for running and triathlon for 12 years. He is UKA Level 2 qualified Coach and a Triathlon Level 3 Coach, with experience of coaching triathletes at all levels including children, novices and experienced triathletes. Chris has a pedigree in athletics, cross-country, track and endurance running with PBs of 2:34 marathon, 69 min half-marathon and 31:50 10k. In 2004 he took on the wider challenge of triathlon, with highlights of competing for Great Britain as an age grouper in the World Duathlon Championships 2011 and the 2015 World Triathlon Championships. He has also completed many half and 8 full Ironman distance events, with a best time of 9:41.
