Endurance coach for cyclists and triathletes preparing for gravel, road, cyclocross and long-distance triathlon (including Ironman).
I help athletes train with purpose, manage fatigue and perform better on race day — not just in training metrics.

I work mainly with amateur cyclists and age-group triathletes who already train regularly but feel stuck — training a lot, yet performance is not improving or races don’t go as expected.

Most of my athletes have full-time jobs and limited training time.

My goal is simple: make every training hour productive and remove guesswork from your preparation.

Coaching is supported by physiological testing at the SPORTLAB.LT performance lab or remotely using structured testing protocols.

Instead of generic zones or estimates, your training is based on how your body actually responds to load.
This means:
no wasted intervals
controlled fatigue instead of constant tiredness
arriving fresh to important races

You will always know why you are doing a session and what adaptation we are targeting.
