An avid cyclist, both road and mountain, I've been coaching male and female cyclists since 2010. While my main focus has been with junior development, I've had equal success training my adult assistants as well, and am well-versed with issues specific to junior riders and senior riders – and everything in between.


I've coached over 30 athletes of all abilities in my 7 years of coaching. I'm a licensed USA Cycling Level 3 coach, as well as NICA certified. I'm also a graduate of Training Peaks University, where we studied HR and Power-based training with Joe Friel and Hunter Allen. My goal is to provide my athletes with an effective but reasonable structure that allows them to maximize their potential, through a combination of individualized assessment and thorough tracking of data. Well-versed in traditional periodization and block periodization, including time-crunched individuals, using both heart rate and power.

Athlete Requirements

Athletes must minimally have a GPS-enabled cycling computer with heart rate capabilities, and upload workout data on a regular basis.
