I'm a full-time British Cycling and Training Peaks qualified coach with extensive elite-level national and international race experience. I love working with enthusiastic and committed athletes, from beginners to elites, and my athletes includes female elite ultra-endurance racers as well as multiple national champions and riders aiming to move up in their local chain gang. My enthusiasm for coaching comes from more than just results, I love helping athletes learn and develop in themselves.
I'm a coach who will help you fit your training into your life, I have extensive experience in helping busy professionals achieve their own personal best and achieve their maximal performances, all while ensuring that enjoyment and pleasure is at the centre of what we do. I rely on science, technology and data to make sure I'm setting my athletes the most efficient and effective sessions and I am passionate about keeping up to date with the latest scientific developments in training.
