We provide multisport coaching to athletes wanting to race their first triathlon, cycling, or running race or athletes ready to take their performance to the next level.
Mattix MultiSport Coaching will design workouts around your goals, current fitness level, and availability. I am a husband and father. I have commitments as well. So, I understand that training 20+ hours a week may not be doable, but focus training sessions with accurate levels of intensity and duration will increase the quality of those workouts and help you reach your goals. I love to have fun and I love to work hard. One of the critical foundations of health and longevity is strength. In order to train for endurance races long term, we have to start with a foundation of strength. More than just body weight exercise, we'll grab barbells and dumbbells and focus on strength as a critically important discipline.
