Matt has more than 10 years experience in the world of endurance sport, and has been coaching sport to children and adults for 15 years. To complement this experience, on a day-to-day basis Matt works in a corporate environment as a Chartered Surveyor with additional corporate coaching responsibility. Bringing this experience together with a love of learning Matt is always looking for ways to improve and develop those around him to deliver better outcomes and results.

Matt believes that we can all push ourselves to increase our performance levels and that is why he is pursuing recognised coaching qualifications alongside continually developing himself as an endurance and adventure coach. Matt has or is progressing the following qualifications:

• British Triathlon Level 2 and Diploma
• England Athletics LiRF and CiRF
• ILM Leadership & Management Coaching Level 5
• Training Peaks University Level 2

Matt is passionate about building a strong relationship with his clients and recognises the value in well constructed and engaging communication between coach and athlete to support regular training. With Matt's corporate background and a key actor on large complex developments, Matt can operate strategically and analytically to provide high-level direction and tackle detail.
