I work with athletes who have real jobs, families, and limited time to train. We collaborate to create a training program that leads to gains in fitness without sacrificing health. While I work with clients of all ages, I especially enjoy working with Masters athletes who are motivated to achieve their health, fitness, and performance goals.
I grew up racing on the Trexlertown Velodrome (now the Valley Preferred Cycling Center) and the roads of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. My love of cycling and training led me to pursue a career in physical therapy. Now I’m an all-around performance/nutrition/wellness geek, and I can’t seem to stop reading books and listening to podcasts about these topics. I enjoy using a variety of endurance sports and strength and conditioning techniques to keep myself fit and active. My personal goal is to optimize my fitness while not sacrificing my health or sanity, and I’d love to do the same for you!
