Started with endurance sports back in 2016 when I was studying in sports and physiology and individual fitness (2016). Also ended in 2016 with the course of Sport Nutrition Expert.
Started with competitive triathlon in 2017 and participated in 2018 at European Championship in Glasgow. I participated in numerous of triathlons from short distance to long distance racing.
I started coaching in 2019 and extended my coaching to different (competitive) athletes in different disciplines. I am still hungry to learn more about human performance en physiology during my career as a sports coach.
