With over 6 years of coaching experience, I combine academic training, endurance sport expertise, and an athlete-centered philosophy to help runners and triathletes reach their full potential.

I hold a degree in Physical Education Teaching, along with graduate studies in management and education. My coaching development includes certifications and continuing education through Ironman University, Triathlon Québec, and La Clinique du Coureur, allowing me to integrate performance, injury prevention, and long-term athlete development.

As both coach and athlete, I understand the process firsthand. My own experience includes two qualifications for the Ironman 70.3 World Championships and participation in the Boston Marathon, shaping my understanding of preparation, performance, and resilience.

My coaching philosophy is built on progression, precision, and purpose. I believe coaching is more than prescribing workouts. It’s about building the right plan for the right athlete, balancing performance goals with real-life demands. I emphasize consistency, smart workload management, and data-informed decisions using power, pace, heart rate, and key performance metrics.

I coach athletes from beginners preparing for their first event to competitive age-groupers pursuing personal bests, podiums, or championship goals. My objective is to develop confident, durable athletes who trust the process, understand their training, and perform when it matters most.
