Martina is an RRCA certified running coach focused on helping clients achieve their personal fitness goals, whether it’s improving their performance, getting in shape or simply enjoying their run experience. She trains beginners and long distance runners. During her sessions Martina combines running workout with strength training exercises. She is a strong believer that a strong body makes a great runner.
Martina discovered her passion for running as an adult. In 2009 she moved to NYC and, fascinated by Central Park and by the strong running community, she wanted to give it a try. A 5k became a 10k, then half-marathon and full marathon. What seemed a personal challenge, it transformed into a lifelong love affair with running. She is now passionate about helping others realize their full potential and embrace a healthier lifestyle. Areas of expertise include:
