We currenlty work with athletes pursuing road, mountain, cyclocross and endurance gravel and mountain events. In addition to building personalized programs for individuals we also offer the following services.

  • "Over the counter" training plans for the self guided athlete
  • Professional Bike Fitting
  • Professional Technical Service
  • Clinics
  • Guided Rides
  • Events

I began serious cycling at the age of 12 riding 10 miles to the Denton Steakhouse outside Lincoln, NE with my parents. My first race was at age 14 and I have been hooked ever since.

Pick a cycling discipline and I have probably done it (except track cycling, we don't have a velodrome remotely close to Nebraska). In 1987 I started training with the latest and greatest training tool of the day, the wireless heartrate monitor. Today, training has been revolutionized by the power meter. All my training programs are smart enabled allowing you to maximize your available time whether you can escape for some outside miles or are forced indoors on one of the many virtual training platforms.

The bicycle has taken me around the world, most notably as a suspension technician in the late 90's. Cycling is a sport of athlete and machine and that is why I also offer technical service, gear advice and bike fitting to my local athletes. All the training in the world won't help you if you can't get to the finish line in one piece.
