I've been coaching and competing in triathlon for over 14 years and whilst I love to coach anyone, I really enjoy coaching beginners and iron distance triathletes.
My coaching works best when aimed towards a specific event and I'm happy to work with people to identify that goal.
MY COACHING PHILOSOPHY
Enjoyment - First and foremost I believe that people perform better when they enjoy what they do, which is why every training plan is centred around you and your current situation.
Consistency - Secondly I believe consistency of training will get you to your race in your best shape. There's no point training too hard, getting injured and undoing all your good work. Staying injury free and being consistent in your training will provide your best results.
Purpose - Thirdly I believe that everything you do should have a clear purpose. Every session I prescribe will have a specific objective that works.
