Coach Bio

I'am a professional Triathlon Coach certified at IronMan University and dedicated 100% to the people that I train.
My specialty is:
Train people and bring them from scratch to become an "IronMan Finisher"
Train athletes who have already achieved results but want to advance to a higher level.
I focus on three pillars:
1)Highly personalized workouts
2)Proper nutrition and fueling
3)Mental Coaching
My key to your success is the right balance between data collected and athlete's emotions

I start from my philosophy: It’s the triathlon that has to adapt to your life and not your life that has to adapt to Triathlon.
I am fully committed to this concept because I believe that adopting Triathlon as a lifestyle can lead to both satisfaction and sporting results, as well as a greater level of physical and mental well-being.
Having worked as an entrepreneur in various sectors and as the CEO of major companies, I have always had to find the right balance between my work and family commitments, as well as the time I spend training and competing.
I completed 22 ironman races (between 70.3 and 140.6), qualified for the IronMan world championship and finished (past 50 years) a 70.3 in less than 5 hours and a full IronMan in less than 10 hours.
And I’ve always done this without ever neglecting my work or my family.
Then I decided to become a professional Triathlon Coach and, after I certified at IronMan University, I started, with great results, to apply my training method to my athletes as well.
My approach maximizes the limited time people have to train.
My methodology includes nutrition, fueling, and proper recovery as fundamental components.
I thoroughly treat the mental aspect of athletes, which for me has the same value as training.
In my view, the data collected is valuable, but it's worthless without the feedback my athletes give me.
I believe a lot in the power of communication and this is why I spend a lot of time communicating with athletes I train.
