I am a category 1 road cyclist on the Elevate Cycling team based out of Fort Worth, TX. I have a master's degree in Sport Psychology so I also like to focus on the mental aspect of sport with my athletes. My coaching philosophy is a holistic one. I feel that an athlete must have a good mental outlook in addition to being willing to adhere to their physiological training.
