I have a running background and have been competing in triathlon since 2010. I specialize with beginner athletes, but I also enjoy coaching athletes to BQ qualifying times and podium finishes! I love coaching runners to their first 5k or half marathon, and varying triathlon distances. I have the unique ability to empathize with all runners. I have struggled through 5+ hour marathons, and I have run sub 3hr marathons. With a degree in Health & Wellness, I focus on all aspects of health.
I’ve learned over the years that having a healthy balance in your life is the key to happiness and overall wellness. My strength is in my communication and literally showing each of my athletes that I care. Having a coach in your corner that truly believes in you can be very powerful. What works for me or what may work for others may not work for you. I get to know each individual and I find what works best for you.
Whether you are training for a specific event, or you want to lose some weight and become physically healthier, the key is to start slowly. My focus is to keep my clients injury-free while still experiencing progress and to instill lasting lifestyle changes with each client for long-term health success.
