At Maple & Cheese Coaching, we combine our expertise as athletes and educators to help runners of all levels achieve their goals. With BAs in Exercise Science and PhDs in Instructional Psychology and Technology, we specialize in how people learn—especially in online and distance training. This background allows us to design effective, personalized programs that meet you where you are, no matter your starting point.

We believe fueling is a cornerstone of success, and we prioritize teaching athletes how to nourish their bodies for peak performance. We also recognize that people are whole and complex, with unique challenges and strengths. Our coaching approach is rooted in understanding and adapting to your individual needs, ensuring you feel supported every step of the way.
