Hi, my name is Manuela. I'm a Triathlon Coach living near Frankfurt.
As an athlete I finished on all distances including lronman
I'm working with Triathletes and Cyclists. Whether you are training for an Ironman or for your first start on a short track, I will help you to achieve your goal.
In my cycling camps in Darmstadt and Koblenz I train especially with women how to go downhill quickly or to cornering safely and quickly.
My Triathlon Camps are open for Beginners and Advanced Athletes.
I studied sports & health in the 2000th and I love it to motivate athletes and Sportlers to an healthy lifestyle.
In addition to my studies, I completed various trainer licenses (TRX Trainer, Blackroll Trainer, Triathlon Trainer etc)
The most important thing in the coach-athlete relationship is confidence and openness to each other. I prefer at least one contact (per e-mail, WhatsApp, telephone) per week with my athletes. And I write the plans individual from week to week.
