I help trail and ultra runners become stronger, more efficient, and injury-resistant. As a certified coach (EREPS Personal Trainer + TTrail Downhill Expert) and competitive skyrunner, I combine movement analysis, data interpretation, and structured strength training to develop complete trail athletes.
Running alone isn’t enough. We must train muscles, tendons, and ligaments to endure uneven terrain, steep climbs, and long descents. I design plans based on TrainingPeaks metrics (HR, pace, power) and personalized feedback. I assess how you move, correct imbalances, and include specific strength sessions to improve durability, balance, and performance.
I’ve prepared athletes worldwide—trail beginners to mountain marathoners—guiding them to finish races stronger and injury-free. I also organize technical terrain training camps (SkyCamps), offering real-world coaching on trails in places like Durmitor and La Palma.
