Hello! I have been in the sport of triathlon for over 21 years. I am a Professional Triathlete and multiple time 70.3 and Ironman podium finisher. I have a Masters in Exercise Physiology from the University of Oregon and a Bachelors in Kinesiology and Coaching from Iowa State University. I am USA Triathlon level I certified, ASCA Swimming Level 2 Certified.
