M3E's coaching philosophy is based on science, inspiration and motivation. Our approach starts with listening to the athlete's why and from there a plan is created to take you; a beginner to world class endurance athlete, to the next level of performance while maintaining a balanced lifestyle.
We have helped athletes of all levels reach their personal athletic goals; whether those goals are finishing an event, getting faster, taking on a new challenge or anything in between.

Bio

Since 2010 I have worked with cyclists, runners and triathletes ranging from first timers to world class competitors. I believe in creating programs that incorporate strength, endurance, mobility and nutrition but also take into account work, life, balance and mindfulness.
My aim is to help you identify what your goals are, what you need and then deliver a program that will motivate and inspire you to accomplish your goals whether you are a current athlete, a used to be athlete or want to be athlete I am confident I can help you on your path.
I have also completed Training Peaks university and am certified with USAT, USA Cycling, Ironman U and AFPA.
