I started running seven years ago, but only got serious in the past five. My first marathon was 4:26, and my current best is 3:09, set in Chicago 2024. I’m not a full-time athlete—I work as a product manager and train in my free time—so I understand the need for smart, efficient training.
I began coaching two years ago with three friends. All of them hit new personal bests in the marathon, with an average improvement of 15 minutes and all finishing under four hours. That experience proved something important: my method works for regular people who want real progress, not just professional athletes.
My coaching is fully personalized and data-driven. I adjust every plan based on your fitness level, age, lifestyle, and goals. I use all available tools to guide your training: heart rate monitors, GPS watches, pace metrics, power meters, HRV, lactate testing (when available), and TrainingPeaks analytics. Whatever tech you have, we’ll use it to make your training smarter.
Unlike traditional athlete-turned-coaches, I started from zero—no elite background. That’s why I focus on continuous learning, staying current with the latest science, and applying new tools and methods to my coaching. I blend modern technology with real-world practicality and lessons learned from both personal experience and the broader endurance world.
