As a swimmer, I got to know the competitive life from the inside, along with all the joys and sacrifices. Studying in the United States allowed me to learn how the best athletes in the world motivate themselves and train. I expanded my practical and professional experience during many courses, trainings and workshops related to physiotherapy and neurolinguistic programming.
Since 2006, I have been working with the best athletes in the world. I participated with them in the Olympic Games in Beijing 2008 and London 2012. I supported and took care of their mind-body integration, so that they could achieve above-standard results. As a lecturer at the Poznań Academy of Physical Education, I help students explore the secrets of medicine for sports. This is where I share my knowledge and experience related to the challenges we encounter in sports and life.
I have been running a private physiotherapy practice since 2004, and I approach patients holistically. This is where we break down the causes of injuries. I like working with patients who pose certain medical, psychological and physiotherapy challenges. Each patient has their own story and only understanding it allows us to achieve the intended effect.
Can we change this?
I am convinced that we can! This is everyday work and the search for positive intention in our actions and thinking. Participating in many workshops related to personal development, I have noticed one common denominator. “Everything that happens to us in life is ultimately for our own good.” I am convinced that every life experience or decision made with this principle in mind will strengthen us and give us confidence in our own strength. The stronger our body, the stronger our mind.
