I focus on leading groups and prefer a hybrid approach. I train depending on the options available: in-person, remotely, and independently. I base the planning and selection of training tasks in order to:
Efficiently utilize the athletes' time
Develop their potential
Maintain progress
Avoid overexertion beyond the necessary minimum, which brings satisfaction, continuous motivation, and ensures the athletes' psycho-physical well-being.
I am a graduate of the AWF and ALK. My journey in sports began with swimming, which evolved into modern pentathlon. I won a total of 5 medals in team and relay events at the Junior World and European Championships. I also had success in swimming. I became fascinated with triathlon in 2009 when I was responsible for the development of a well-known swimwear-triathlon brand in Poland. I started my coaching career in 2009 and began working with amateur triathletes in 2013. Since 2014, I have been running the TRICLUB triathlon club and serving as the head coach. Currently, I prepare triathletes of all levels for competitions. I also collaborate with swimmers, cyclists, and runners. My athletes continuously improve their skills and achieve better sports results. The athletes from TRICLUB, under my guidance, have made their debuts and reached higher goals such as qualifying for the World/European Championships of federations like Ironman, Challenge, and World Triathlon. I continually expand my coaching knowledge, seeking new and more efficient solutions while not forgetting about proven methods. Alongside working with athletes, I also participate in triathlon competitions as an amateur. I have competed in the IM 70.3 WC in Australia and France, as well as the legendary Ironman World Championships in Hawaii. I have won medals in the Polish Age Group Championships in the Sprint, Standard (Olympic), and Long (Half Ironman) distances. My best time in the "half" is 04:01:46.
