Hi, I'm Lucas, 28, based in Freiburg. With a background in competitive sports and a degree from the German Sport University Cologne, I focus on endurance sports—mainly running, cycling, and triathlon. Drawing from my own experience, including a 70.3 World Championship slot, I offer science-based coaching: 1-on-1, training plans, lab diagnostics, training camps, and personal training. My approach blends performance and long-term athlete development with sustainability and reflection.
From an early age through my university years, I coached several youth football and basketball teams. Once I discovered my passion for endurance sports, I quickly began writing training plans and offering guidance to friends and fellow athletes.
For the past seven years, I’ve been working professionally with endurance athletes across triathlon, cycling, and running. My triathletes have qualified for events such as the Ironman 70.3 World Championship, The Championship Samorin, and the Ironman World Championship in Hawaii. I’ve also coached short-course triathletes competing at the Bundesliga level.
In cycling, my coaching experience ranges from national league races and multi-stage events like the Cape Epic to ultra-endurance challenges such as the Ötztaler Radmarathon, Mallorca 312, and 24-hour races like Rad am Ring.
In running, I support athletes across various age groups and distances, including medalists at the German national level. I’ve also coached several ultra-distance athletes (100k, 100 miles, 24-hour races, UTMB), contributing to national championship titles and German records in 2023.
Regardless of competitive level or records, my core goal remains the same: helping each individual reach their full potential while staying healthy and enjoying a long-term, sustainable approach to endurance sport.
